Guntur Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd., established in 2006, began operations with an initial capacity of 15,600 spindles dedicated to manufacturing 100% cotton yarn. From its inception, GSM has emphasized quality and customer satisfaction, earning a strong reputation and growing demand for its superior yarn products.
In 2015, the company expanded its production capacity by adding 17,280 spindles, taking the total to 32,880 spindles. Currently, GSM produces approximately 15 tons of yarn per day.
Continuing its commitment to innovation and quality enhancement, GSM transitioned in 2016 to 100% ELITE Compact – SUESSEN technology. In 2020, the spinning division was further modernized with a 100% spindle monitoring system from Premier Evolvics, ensuring consistent quality and operational efficiency. Added various value added yarn machinery like slub yarn in 2023 & TFO doubling yarn in 2025

Sustainability Initiatives
In line with its vision for sustainable growth, GSM took a major step toward renewable energy in 2018 by commissioning a 2 MW Wind Power Plant (Siemens Gamesa) at Molagavalli, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh. Building on this initiative, the company further enhanced its green energy portfolio in 2024 by installing a 1 MW Rooftop Solar Power System.
